2 main principles in the book:

#01 - Be genuinely interested in others

     - You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you. Dail 

     - How does this person spend their time? What excites them? Make their interests your temporary passion. 

     - the other way to show you are interested in them to ask for their advice. 

     - Example - A boy bought an encyclopedia to know the name of the best people and write them a letter

     - Example - Meeting a guy to ask for the fund, but talk about 1 MioUSD check first

#02 -  Give frequent praise

     - Example: A senior praise a worker who made mistake "I wish I would have that courage when I'm in your age"

     - we're starving for appreciation 

     - Spend 2 minutes to praise other people for their progress, result, commitment. Make it as personal as possible. Instead of put like or comment, go to direct message and write what you want

     - Praising is a great tool to influence people to act in your favor 

     - Example - a supervisor to praise a poor-performance janitor. find good things and praise them

    - Honest appreciation go results where criticism and ridicule failed.
